Camping to Connect X BUFF USA

Recently, I got to work with a company called Camping to Connect, “An outdoor rite-of-passage experience for urban youth”

Camping to Connect is an experiential learning and mentorship program for underserved young men from New York’s inner-city communities. Led by adult men of color, our transformative outdoor journeys instill values of leadership, cooperation, and brotherhood.

The project was to create a custom multi-use headwear in collaboration with Buff. The goal was to create something that captured the essence of the urban youth in the outdoors. This especially exciting to me because growing up in the city, as a Black male myself, I didn’t get to do lots of camping our any type of outdoor activities like camping our exploring.
